New Accounts / Credit Policy
To avoid delays caused by credit checks, new
accounts are encouraged to use a credit card or provide prepayment with their
first order.
Visa/Master Card/American Express/Personal or Corporate Checks
are accepted as payment.
Payment Terms:
To qualified customers net payment is due 30 days from date of invoice.

In order to download the
order form you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

Once you have installed Adobe Reader you have the
following options:
Option 1 :
- Open the Purchase Order Form
- Use Adobe Reader and type your information
into the fillable fields.
- Print the form for your records
- Submit by E-mail
Option 2 :
- Open the Order Form
- Print the the application
- Fill it out
- Sign and fax the form
E-Mail Orders:
E-Mail is the fastest, least costly and most
accurate way to send your orders.

confirm shipping date on the same call.
Fax orders:
Orders can be faxed anytime to any of our
telephone numbers by pressing extension 37.
E-Orders confirmations:
Safechem /
Chem-Mart Direct’s exclusive automatic E-Order
confirmation system will confirm your order’s shipping date via e-mail each
evening. Please remember that we must have your company’s purchasing contact
e-mail address on file in order to provide this service. Your customer service
representative will call you to confirm all orders received by mail or fax and
provide you the exact shipping date.
Order Shipping:
Puerto Rico:
$12.85 will
be added to every shipped order. Allow 3-4 days transit time form date of
shipping for delivery providing order availability.
Caribbean orders:
Call our customer service department for specific rates and shipping schedules.
Shipping charges must be prepaid along with order before shipping to some
geographic areas of the Caribbean. Other conditions may apply.
